Ann Arbor, MI — June 10, 2013 — Research conducted by Dr. William Giannobile and colleagues at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry offers some new insights that personalized care and genetic testing may one day help prevent tooth loss.
The results of the study, based on analysis of dental claims from more than 5,000 adult patients who visited a dentist regularly for 16 consecutive years, have been published online in the Journal of Dental Research.
